Ingredients
Four chicken fillets (boneless and skinless)
Mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Préparations
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. After a few minutes on each side, add
the chicken and fry until golden brown.
- When the chicken is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and coat thoroughly with the Caesar
dressing.
Then make sure both the chicken and the Parmesan cheese are coated.
- Place the chicken in the pan and surround it with chopped asparagus. You can sprinkle garlic
powder and a little more cheese over the asparagus.
After the chicken is cooked and the asparagus is soft, place the pan in the oven and bake for 20
minutes.
- To finish, add fresh lemon juice to the chicken and asparagus.
Tips and Variations: If your child doesn’t like green vegetables, try wrapping them in bacon before
cooking. Bacon makes everything better, right?
– If you watch what you eat, feel free to use a lighter version of Caesar’s standard dressing or make
your own dressing at home.
– Like asparagus? NO. Try roasted broccoli or green beans instead. – Do you want to be stronger? For
a twist reminiscent of the classic Caesar salad, toss the croutons into the skillet during the last minute
of cooking. – To make this dish even more delicious, add a few cherry tomatoes to the pan before
cooking. When roasted, its flavor naturally complements the aroma.
